The Olympic Cooperative Network is pleased to offer a new Cooperative Learning Forum beginning this June.  The forum will bring both new and forming cooperatives together to share ideas and resources related to cooperative development in Clallam, Kitsap and Jefferson counties.  Each of the evening exchanges will feature cooperatives of a different type (e.g. workers, producer, or consumer cooperatives) or from a different sector (housing, food, etc.).

This Cooperative Learning Forum will be of interest to both cooperative members and others interested in the role of cooperatives in strengthening economic democracy and resiliency.  We hope that you can join us for this powerful opportunity to learn from the amazing cooperatives of the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsulas.

The Cooperative Learning Forum launches on June 24th with a learning exchange on housing cooperatives featuring Northlake Homeowners Cooperative and Kitsap Permanent Real Estate Cooperative.  This event will be held online from 6:30 to 8 pm.  Look for the zoom link announcement as the date approaches.

Other planned exchanges include worker cooperatives, producer cooperatives, and food and farming cooperatives.

OCN is excited and thankful to help build connections between cooperatives and cooperative-minded folk on the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsulas through our Cooperative Learning Forum.
